Yes yes, I know..... where have I been!! Well, like the song says... I've been on a Summer Holiday - except mine was 1 1/2 days, but lovely all the same! I've been up to Bribie Island to visit with my sister and we had a great weekend. Yes, went swimming and walking on the beach - it was just lovely. Today is the last day of Summer so a beach weekend was called for!
I have a bit of blog homework to do.... recently I was awarded a STYLISH BLOGGER award from FLYING BLIND ON A ROCKET CYCLE!

The rules of the game are that I have to tell you 7 things about myself.... well, I have already shared quite a number of "things about me" on my PAGE "MORE ABOUT ME" so I will have to add another 7 items!! Not right now though as I'm just getting dinner on the stove and I have to collect teenage son from tennis.... so check back in here later!! ....this will give me time to invent something!! :-)
Also, I have a Civil War Quilt block to catch up with! I'll be busy in the sewing room tonight!!
