I love to sew, mainly quilts and bags. I am 62, married to Fred and have one son, Matthew who is 23. I enjoy embroidery and applique and prefer to machine piece and quilt my projects. I love my vintage Singer sewing machines especially my Featherweight 222K. I've recently started collecting Miniature Sewing Machines, two Essex and one Singer 20. My love of sewing I believe comes from my Grandmother - I still have the drawings she made for me to embroider on tea towels many many years ago!

SIGGY BLOCKS IN THE MAIL

Just lately I have received three siggy blocks in the mail!  The siggies had slowed down towards the end of last year and I had thought to pull out of the swap, but the arrival of these beautiful siggy blocks has renewed my interest and today I'm making a stash of blocks to have ready in case even more new blocks arrive soon!

In my tidying up of my siggy block box, I discovered that I had not posted a few photos onto my Siggy Album....  click in the sidebar to go to my Album to see all of the beautiful siggy blocks I have received so far.  I think I need to make another Wall Hanging!!
