As for my own sewing, I'm up to putting the borders on the Chubby Chicks quilt (photos soon) and I've started another embroidery project ... a cute Owl pattern by Ella & Skysie Designs .. Owl Be There.
My son is back at school (huge sigh of relief here) so life is back to normal - early mornings and late nights!
Happy Sewing!!
That is either a gigantic quilt or minuscule pieces - either way, fantastic!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on being released from school holiday servitude! Enjoy the peace.
ReplyDeleteHelen your friends quilt is very nice and looks like an excellent use of scraps. I hope she wins.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe all of the pieces in Mary's quilt. I'm going to look at all of the quilts now. Thanks for the reminder.
ReplyDeleteI'm also a big fan of Quilting in Oz - her quilts are amazing. I didn't know about this one, though, and quickly added my vote.
ReplyDeleteYour friend's quilt looks amazing. So many little pieces! I really can't wait to see your Chubby Chicks and pinwheel quilt. The little piece you shared looks like a really cute quilt.
